Over the 22 years of its existence, the Karaganda Higher College "Bolashaq" has trained and graduated 8559 specialists. In the process of teaching students, the college, paying attention not only to theoretical training, but also to practical skills, and working in close cooperation with social partners, provides 100% of all students with practical bases. The effectiveness of this activity is evidenced by the successful employment of graduates in various industries in all parts of the country.
On November 15, 2022, an important event "Employer's Day" was held at the college, in which representatives of social partners took part: the Employment Center of the city of Karaganda, the Kazakhstan Association of Continuing Education in the Karaganda region, Aero Karaganda LLP, VF JSC "Jusan Mobille", Electrotechnical Center "220 VOLT", LLP "Kaztransservice", gymnasium named after M. Zhumabaev, gymnasium named after. A. Farabi, school-lyceum No. 66, school-lyceum named after. S. Sattarova, school-lyceum named after. A. Ermekova, gymnasium named after Abay, school No. 16, school No. 81, school No. 76, school No. 23, school No. 5, school No. 76 named after A. The event began with a welcoming speech by the director of the college Mamrayeva G.B. Further, according to the program, a video clip about the college "Otkenge-baga, bolashakka-bagdar" was presented, with the presentation "NPA - as a condition for effective cooperation" was made by the deputy director for UPR Dauletbayeva S.K. Psychologist K.Zh. Esenbekova organized a business game “Negotiations between an employer and a young specialist about hiring” among students and employers. A survey was also conducted “Satisfaction of employers with the quality of graduate training”, an interview was taken “Modern specialist through the eyes of an employer”, memorandums and agreements were signed. The event ended with musical numbers, awarding social partners with certificates of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a tour of the college.
