On November 2, 2022, the traditional initiation into teachers of young specialists took place at the KHC "Bolashaq". The program of the event "TUSAU KESER" included various tasks and competitions, where young teachers showed their leadership qualities, psychological and pedagogical knowledge, ability to work in a team, and managed to show their abilities. Riddles, songs, tongue twisters sounded, pedagogical situations were played and solved. The improvised staging of songs was especially bright and emotionally presented. Colleagues supported their colleagues with enthusiastic applause. So young specialists confirmed the pedagogical axiom: a teacher needs to be an artist, athlete, writer, historian, psychologist, kind magician and, of course, a little child. A significant moment of the event was the oath of the teacher, which was held in two languages ​​by the deputy director Kapanova I.Kh. and the head of the "School of a young teacher" Tusupbayeva A.K. At the end of the event, mentors Kabylova M.B., Omarova A.K., Ilyashova B.F. the national ritual "tusau keser" was held, during which the oldest worker of the college, Beisekina A.B. uttered parting words. Director of the College Mamrayeva G.B. congratulated the young teachers and presented diplomas and gifts. At the end, young teachers expressed their impressions, noting that during the preparation they became more friendly, got to know each other better, overcame fear, uncertainty, felt the support and goodwill of the team.
